Payment Process

Upon placing your order, a standard authorization check will be performed to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved. The payment received acts as a deposit for the total order value. Once your order is dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the amount paid is considered full payment for the items listed in the confirmation.

As our products may be customized or hand-crafted, production begins only after payment confirmation.

To complete your payment, select the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” options on our website. You will be redirected to the payment processor where you can pay via credit card or PayPal. The payment will be processed securely, and transactions may appear on your statement as PayPal.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.

We ensure that credit card information is never stored or processed on our servers, and no details are shared with third parties.
