Conditions for Returning an Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following requirements:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Tags and labels must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Return Timeframe
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at support@fashionstaronline.com with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo or video of the item if it is defective or damaged
- Reason for the return
- A copy or screenshot of your order receipt
After reviewing your request (usually within 72 hours), we will provide instructions for return shipping. Do not send items without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part, you are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Properly packaging the item to prevent damage during transit
Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges if the item:
- Arrived damaged or defective
- Was the wrong item or size due to our error
To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined above. Once approved, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Customized, personalized, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspecting the returned item
